Underfoot, a two-unit forefoot Air Zoom unit is sandwiched between the transparent spike plate (now updated with four spike traction) and the full-length carbon plate. Tuned to match the base support system, the new carbon flyplate is lighter and more responsive than the previous plate and features a shape designed to keep you on your toes and minimise deceleration.
